Packaging

All Nudoblanco models are ethically handcrafted in California. Items currently in stock at the time of your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Other products are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. Custom orders and limited editions typically take around 4-6 weeks to dispatch. If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together in one package once all pieces are ready. DOMESTIC SHIPPINGDomestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories*) are shipped via FedEx or UPS Express delivery services. Orders below $300 incur a flat shipping fee of $10, while orders valued over $300 ship free of charge. The order value is determined by the subtotal before tax and after any discounts are applied. Once your order leaves our studio and is accepted by the carrier, you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number.
- For orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories, a $45 shipping fee will apply for orders under $500 before tax and discounts. Orders of $500 or more will ship free. These orders will be dispatched via DHL Express or UPS.
We recommend requesting a signature upon delivery. All orders over $300 will require a signature. For orders below $300, you can choose to have a signature required at no additional charge. By selecting “No Signature Required,” Nudoblanco cannot be held financially responsible for the package once it leaves our store. If your package is lost or stolen, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Before we can process a replacement or refund, customers must wait for the claim to be resolved, which can take up to 8 weeks. You must inform us about any missing or lost packages within 45 days of receiving your tracking information, or the right to file a claim will be forfeited. Please note that a claim does not guarantee reimbursement.
P.O. Box DeliveryCurrently, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO/DPO DeliveryUnfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as our chosen carriers are not permitted to deliver to these locations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe are pleased to offer international shipping! Customers placing orders for countries outside the United States will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the shipment. We utilize FedEx and DHL for international shipping to ensure timely delivery. Please note that any additional customs fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
