    • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products purchased through the website nudoblanco.com.

    • Jewelry pieces that have been engraved, altered, or modified are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Return and Exchange Period:

    • Unworn jewelry pieces are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days from the delivery date.

    • If you wish to return or exchange your jewelry piece, please contact us via email at info@nudoblanco.com within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Product Conditions:

    • You have 3 days to return or exchange your jewelry piece, ensuring it is in new, unworn condition, with all protective materials and tags attached.

  4. Shipping of Returns and Exchanges:

    • Please send your return or exchange using the same shipping method that was used to send your jewelry. Once we receive the item, it will enter our quality control inspection process. If the item is deemed acceptable for return, it may take 5 to 6 business days to process your refund or exchange (the final refund time may vary depending on your bank’s policy).

  5. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds will only be issued after we receive the item back at our office and confirm it is in new condition.
